JVS Contractor is a family-owned construction business, established in 1985 and incorporated in 2004 as J. Vega Santiago Contractor, Inc.

Starting as a private home contractor, our business continued to grow and eventually expanded into other construction areas, such as commercial, institutional and specialty. Today we encompass the total range of construction tasks, from the foundation to the roof JVS Contractor can do it all!

We are one of the most respected multi-trades construction contractors in southwestern Puerto Rico. Our offices and warehouses are located in Sabana Grande, from which we coordinate construction projects across the island's south and western regions.

JVS Contractor is also an active member in the local community, sponsoring youth-oriented activities and sports. We also support local charities and civic organizations.
